flake: the plugin on Linux alone

The plugin is built against QEMU's user mode, which nixpkgs offers
on Linux alone, and is only ever loaded there. Exporting it for every
system made the flake's check fail to evaluate on Darwin; it is now a
package of Linux systems only.
