merge impl/darwin: the executable built on darwin

Setup builds the executable in dist/build/vestigia, which a
case-insensitive filesystem merges with the library's
dist/build/Vestigia. Clang's preprocessor flagged the case mismatch
in Paths_vestigia's include path, and -Werror made it fatal, so the
flake failed to build on darwin. The executable now passes
-Wno-nonportable-include-path to the preprocessor on darwin only.

Tested on aarch64-darwin: the flake builds and all 46 tests pass.
